Ever feel like you’re missing something in life? We know what it is; the perfect selfie with your dog. The one where you look flawless and they are looking at the camera and preferably not drooling. Sure, our dog has a face only a mother could love but that doesn’t stop us from taking hundreds of selfies.

Well the company Pooch Selfie is making your canine candid dreams come true. You simply fasten the Pooch Selfie device to your phone and add the tennis ball of your furry friend’s choosing. The idea is that the pup will sit still, gazing at its toy long enough for you to snap a couple selfies. Hopefully, they will not lunge for the ball and cause you to shatter your precious iPhone 6s.

The Pooch Selfie is not available in stores yet. It currently has a Kickstarter campaign that has already raised over $ 17,000. So if you want the latest in mobile selfie taking accessories, all you need is $ 13 and a dog…your dog, please don’t take anyone else’s dog.

The Kickstarter page explains the best way to use the product:

“Turn the attention to your smartphone’s front facing camera and use Pooch Selfie to capture the best selfies you’ll ever take with your pup! Need some extra incentive? Simply remove the Pooch Selfie ball for a few squeaks and regain your dog’s focus and then place back into the attachment for some awesome pics!”

The pooch selfie can also be attached to any iPhone or android, even an iPad. Who doesn’t love whipping their iPad out to take some awesome pics!

C’mon, Mom, everybody is doing it! At least that’s what we would say. Doggy selfies are all the rage with our fav celebs. Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and even Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson could use the pooch selfie with their four-legged pals. Demi’s adorable puppy Batman has already learned the importance of the perfect selfie lighting. The star features him on her Instagram and Twitter weekly. Some celebs even have Instagram accounts for their dogs. Marc Jacobs and Lady Gaga have popular accounts for their best friend’s. Jacobs’ bull terrier Neville has 164,000 followers. That’s more than the Vatican!

You go, Neville.

Celebrity puppy love!
