The Game found himself behind bars yesterday.
E! News confirms with the Los Angeles Police Department that the rapper was arrested and booked on Monday for criminal threats, a felony, after he turned himself in for allegedly punching an off-duty police officer during a game of basketball.
The incident took place on March 29 while the two hit the courts at the Hollywood High School gym, according to Reuters. The punch was allegedly recorded on video and posted online, the Associated Press reports.
LAPD tells us Game, real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor, was released an hour later after posting his $ 50,000 bail, and it didn’t take long for the celeb to share what happened on Instagram.

Game shared a photo of himself posted in front of the LAPD Hollywood station with the caption, “Waiting on my uber lol #WinnersCircle,” and then when he got home, things got a little sexier.
The rapper made himself his #ManCrushMonday (hey, do you, boo boo) and posted a more revealing snapshot of him in his tight, blue boxer briefs, which gave his followers a gracious view of his bulge.
“#ManCrushMonday Fresh out, couldn’t wait to get home shower & get back in my gym. #WinnersCircle,” he wrote.
That wasn’t all, though. Game took to IG today to briefly touch on what happened yesterday, but moreso to give a shout out to the hypocritical haters who constantly feel a need to give their two cents or diss stars on social media.
With a photo of his Red Raspberry tea (in a mug that has his adorable daughter Cali‘s face on it, so precious) and $ 25,000 in cash, he wrote:
