Her acting career has matured quite nicely and now Chloe Moretz is trying her hand at the trendy post-apocalyptic action-adventure genre.
The “Carrie” actress stars in the forthcoming “The 5th Wave,” slated to hit theaters on January 15th, 2016 and also starring Liev Schreiber, Ron Livingston, Maria Bello, Nick Robinson, Zackary Arthur and Maggie Siff.
Based on the first of Rick Yancey’s young adult novel trilogy, the much-anticipated flick is already getting all kinds of buzz. Per the synopsis, “In the new film The 5th Wave, four waves of increasingly deadly attacks have left most of Earth decimated. Cassie is on the run, desperately trying to save her younger brother.”
