Tuning Procedure:

1. Press the power button and hold 2 seconds to turn on the tuner.
2. Press the power button continuously to select tuning item. Choose between Chromatic, Guitar, Bass, Ukulele and Violin.
3. Clip the tuner onto your instrument.
4. Play a single note on your instrument, the name of the note will appear in the display, the meter will move.

    I had received the capo and guitar tuner as review products, but when I saw the price for the bundled set, I just felt compelled to add… this is hands down a AWSOME and ECONOMICAL deal! No kidding- the trigger style capo alone, regardless of brand (Dunlop, Kyser, you name it), costs pretty much as this combo set does. Heck, even the tuner would run almost as much. And both of these items are really good quality; the capo beating the pants off anything that I have used from Kyser, and the tuner on par with the Snark SN-1 vibrational tuner. To get both plus some picks (the ones I got were 50mm celluloid, by serendipity my preferred gauge) is just frankly the best deal going that I have seen here on Amazon and other commercial websites.

    I have separate reviews for the capo and tuner, with accompanying videos, under each product page, but even if you don’t take a look at them, seriously consider pulling the trigger on this set. Both your wallet and your axe will thank you. 🙂

    I am so pleased to find such a good bundle deal for my new guitar. It is so easy to read info from a decent size symphony tech display and my acoustic guitar stays in tune perfectly no matter where I have the symphony tech capo placed on the neck. I am also happy with the wide range of colors of symphony tech picks, which are just hard enough to hold comfortably, You can’t go wrong with this purchase.

    Having just bought my first guitar, I really didn’t know where to start. Videos online? Print some tab books? Oh, wait.. I didn’t even know how to tune this thing.

    This kit is the first thing that anyone looking to by a guitar should purchase. With essential tools such as a tuner and picks, this is the the most fundamental set of items that anyone looking to pick up a guitar should look at.

    I will be honest, not knowing a lot about guitars, I really didn’t appreciate the importance of a “Capo.” Anyone looking to expand their range of playing beyond simple chords will find themselves needing one of these Capo’s in the future. At such a low price, why not get everything you need right from the start? I am one of those people that hates making a purchase, only to realize that I am missing several pieces to be complete. With this bundle, the only thing missing is a drummer and maybe a singer.

    I am barely starting to learn to play but I am so happy that I purchased this bundle. I can tune my guitar in a minute and I have enough picks and range that can last me until I am on stage. 😉
