He’s been hoping to be able to post bail ever since he was arrested, and today (March 20) Suge Knight found out his freedom will cost him $ 25 million.
During his bail hearing, the notorious rap mogul had the book thrown at him by the judge, who sided with the prosecution in demanding the exorbitantly high price. Attorney Matt Fletcher declared, “It’s like [the prosecutor] watches ‘Empire’ and comes in and says, ‘He was an unrepentant and shameless criminal. Prosecute him!’”
Unfortunately, the stress of the situation became too much for Mr. Knight to handle and he suddenly slumped over in his chair. The bailiffs subsequently ran to his aid and rushed him to the hospital for immediate medical treatment.
