98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa have announced they are expecting their third child next Spring. The happy couple shared the news in an Instagram post on Friday, in perhaps the sweetest baby announcement ever.
On Instagram Vanessa posted a pic of herself, Nick and their two children, three-year-old son Camden and 18-month-old daughter Brooklyn Elisabeth, posing with removal boxes on the steps of their new family home.
“We got a new crib! Now we need a new CRIB!” the photo read. “Newest Lachey arriving Spring 2017.” Vanessa also captioned the pic: “”#LacheyPartyOf5… and Wookie.” Nick and Vanessa began dating in 2006 after she starred in the music video for his single ‘What’s Left of Me.’

The couple married in 2011 and just over a year later they welcomed son Camden. Speaking to E! News last June, Vanessa teasingly said “ask me in a year”, when quizzed about her and Nick’s plans for a third child. “Of course we talk about it,” Vanessa shared.
“I think ask me in a year, because right now I’m still relishing in newness of Brooklyn and Brooklyn and Camden together. Nick and I are not the type of people to say ‘we’re done!’ or ‘we’re going for more’. At this point in our lives, we’re super happy and content,” she added. “If we’re blessed with no. 3, it’s just going to be that much more exciting. If it happens, it happens!”
