Christina Milian‘s youngest sister should have asked her older siblings for fashion advice before her date with personal trainer Sammy.
As it turns out, Lizzy Milian hadn’t really thought through the choice to wear a skirt. The first thing their Boulderdash instructor has Lizzy and Sammy do is get fitted for a harness.
“I imagined somehow just a rope tied around my waist,” she says. “And I’m stuck, and I’m all crotchy, and I’m so embarassed because I don’t want anyone to see me like that.”
In the deleted scene above though, Lizzy proves that’s she’s a good sport—wedgie and all!

When it’s Sammy’s turn to scale the indoor cliff face, he does his best to make Lizzy feel better.
“He did not look comfortable in his harness because his legs are way too giant,” Lizzy says later, “and they don’t make harnesses for giant legs like that.”
