Floyd Mayweather being flashy?! NO WAY.
The pro boxer has never been one to shy away from flaunting his rich status (after all, they don’t call him Floyd “Money” Mayweather for nothing), and now he’s taking things to a completely new level.
Mayweather took to Instagram to show off one of his new toys, which just so happened to cost him a cool $ 4.8 million. Yep, million.
Posing on the hood of his new luxury car, Mayweather captioned the photo, “My new 4.8 Million dollar car. $ 4,800,000.00 Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita supercar KOENIGSEGG Is An ULTRA Boutique Automobile Manufacturer For The Super Rich. Basically, Floyd spent what could be used to by a lavish home on a car that is only for the “super rich” (obviously) and is so exclusive, there’s only two in the world. He also posted another photo with his buddy, P-Reala, who tweeted, “Me and @ 1 time for my birthday ability
Mayweather responded, “Happy birthday family.” So did the Money Team Boss and CEO of Philthy Rich Records just get to test drive Floyd’s super-cool car for his b-day?! How nice.
While a nearly $ 5 million car seems absolutely insane for most of us, it’s barely a dent in this athlete’s net worth. Mayweather topped this year’s Forbes Top 100 Highest-Paid Celebrities list, with competitor Manny Pacquaio coming in at No. 2.
Mayweather, who also happened to beat Pacquiao in a highly anticipated boxing match earlier this year, earned $ 300 million while his competitor took home $ 160 million.
