There will be voguing. And twerking, by the evidence of this first look at Madonna’s Carpool Karaoke visit to CBS’s The Late Late Show with James Corden Wednesday. Cleverly announcing itself with bombastic action movie music worth of a Michael Bay production, the spot shows Corden thanking his (at first unseen) passenger for showing him around New York, then cuts to the Material Girl (do we still call her that?) insisting that she only likes to ride with music. Then she does some voguing with Corden, twerks alone and leaves us hanging as to whether she shared anything more with Michael Jackson than ’80s hair and crotch-grabbing.
