How do I use wireless charging adaptor?
1. Connecting the USB into the port of your cell phone
2. Covering the charger receiver with a phone back cover (Non-metal)
3. Placing and aligning the charging area with the wireless charger pad to charge
Does the charging receiver work with my cell phone that is of a metal back cover?
Yes, the device works well with phones that are of a metal back cover. But please put the charger receiver on the back of the metal cover, do not install the charger receiver inside your phone, if not, the wireless charger reciever will stop your phone to receive signal. And there might be a minor electromagnetic interference to apply the wireless charging receiver with the metal cover together, the best and simple solution is to put a paper that is of 0.2/0.3mm between the metal cover and the wireless charger receiver. The paper separates the metal cover and the wireless charger reciever to eliminate operating frequency
What should I pay attention to?
1. Some of our customers got feedback that the wireless charger receiver worked a little bit slow, because they used a normal current wall charger that is lower than 5V 2000mAh output. We suggest to use a wall charger that is of 5V/2A output or a Qualcomm Quick Charger
2. Please hold the housing of the connector of the wireless charger to pull the USB connector out from your phone when unplugging, if not, the connector would be damaged
