We all get a case of the nerves when it comes to standing up in front of a crowd, but Chrissy Teigen made sure to take care of any potential jitters prior to throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game last night (August 5).
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl took to her Instagram page to inform her fans that she was drinking pretty heavily at her dad’s birthday party before the game.
Chrissy posted a photo of her proud papa along with the caption, “Dad making birthday margaritas like only dad can!”
And despite her inebriated state, Teigen nailed the pitch like a seasoned pro. Afterwards she told press, “I know a lot of people don’t care, but I care!”
