Catherine Zeta-Jones’ Secret to Her Youthful Skin Is So

At 46 years old, Catherine Zeta-Jones hasn’t aged a day.

So, obviously, everyone wants to know the secret behind her young-looking complexion, and the actress has revealed it. Fortunately, anyone can do it, as it involves zero expensive facials, treatments or any other methods employed by Hollywood’s elite. In a online chat with Mumsnet, Zeta-Jones revealed the secret to her skin’s success.

“I’m finding, just from traveling from New York and being in heated hotel rooms, my skin feels like a Walker’s crisp at the moment, but I’ve been using some argan oil just to saturate my skin at night, so it has some nourishment as I sleep, to start the day a little bit more hydrated,” she explained.

And just like Jennifer Aniston, the Dad’s Army actress credits good ol’ water for her outer beauty. “The real hydration comes from within,” she added. “You can never drink too much water. No diet sodas!” She and Aniston must be reading the same book, as they both say genuine happiness on the inside is also key to glowing on the outside.

“I think happiness is the best tonic for keeping us youthful,” she mused. “Being happy with who you are inside radiates on the outside.”

Keep doing what you’re doing because you look absolutely stunning, Zeta-Jones!

Aniston has opened up to both Goop and Yahoo! Food about her fountain-of-youth appearance, and while she did admit that she’s tried “all sorts of weird facials,” the Friends alum says her healthy diet is the secret to her success. “My diet’s good all year round. I don’t do a big reset,” she dished to Yahoo! Food.

“It’s pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep,” she explained. Sounds easy enough to us, all we have to do is totally commit to it and we’ll look just like her, right? Well, don’t forget to add in her routine exercise such as power yoga, elliptical or low-weight strength training.

“Well for the most part, I always maintain a healthy regimen in terms of diet and exercise,” she told Goop. “It’s pretty much been a part of my daily routine for years now so it’s second nature to me.”

At least she gives herself some cheat days, or else we’d totally be lost.
