They’ve tried everything to help their troubled daughter Amanda Bynes sort out her life, and Rick and Lynn Bynes have finally had enough.
According to a TMZ report, Mom and Dad Bynes are surrendering their conservatorship over the “Hairspray” actress as they lack the ability to control her.
Furthermore, Rick and Lynn have decided to appoint another conservator who is “a mental health professional who specializes in handling people with severe mental illnesses.”
From there, the Bynes family plans on leaving their California home and moving to Texas to be near to their older daughter.
