EXCLUSIVE: Adam Yoelin has joined Beau Flynn’s New Line-based FlynnPictureCo. He will oversee development and production of the company’s slate, reporting directly to Flynn. Yoelin leaves The Kennedy/Marshall Company after four years there, most recently holding the title of VP. He helped develop such projects as Milli Vanilli at Universal, Fathers and Guns at Sony Pictures, Tell No One at Warner Bros, and an adaptation of the Neal Stephenson novel Snow Crash at Paramount. Yoelin previously worked at Paramount Pictures and ICM.

After ending a long partnership with Tripp Vinson in Contrafilm, Flynn formed FlynnPictureCo and made a two-year, non-exclusive, first-look deal with New Line Cinema. He’ll focus on high-concept studio tentpoles and genre movies under $ 30 million. Flynn is currently in post on Journey 2: The Mysterious Island with Dwayne Johnson, Josh Hutcherson and Michael Caine for New Line and Warner Bros and Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters with Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton for Paramount. He also produced the upcoming Fox/New Regency comedy What’s Your Number with Anna Faris and Chris Evans, and also has the Chris Hemsworth-starrer Red Dawn set for release next year. For New Line, Flynn is producing with Guillermo del Toro a remake of The Orphanage, and the long-gestating thriller Solace, which has Anthony Hopkins starring, and a new script draft from Peter Morgan. They are out to directors.
