Being that it is Thursday (better known as ThrowbackThursday or TBT in hashtag arenas) it’s only appropriate that we take a trip down memory lane with the 2015 Oscar nominees.
This time we’re going to focus on the leading (and supporting) ladies who got a nod. Because, well, as much as we love a man in a tux, women in gowns will always come first in our style book.
Emma Stone, Keira Knightley and Laura Dern may be first time nominees but each has attended the Academy Awards in the past. You may recall the Birdman star’s red Giambattista Valli or the Imitation Game breathtaking purple Vera Wang number.
Meanwhile, Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore and Reese Witherspoon have gone to the event a handful of times which makes looking back at their fashion choices even more fun –We like to play: Pick a favorite. It’s harder than you might think!
