The 72 year old hired a local locksmith to fix a door to the Moulin Rouge star’s bedroom, but he reportedly became angry after he received the bill for the services, sparking a heated argument.
According to TMZ.com, von Anhalt tried to make a citizen’s arrest, but subsequently had to dial emergency services and ask for help.
By the time officers arrived, the locksmith had left, but von Anhalt has since settled the bill for a lower price.
