Jimmy Fallon is about to see another dream realized.
The Tonight Show host announced on Tuesday’s episode that in 2017, he will have his very own ride at Universal Studios Orlando. “This is serious! It’s real. It’s called Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon. It is real deal! I mean, this is real deal! It’s scary. It’s exciting. It’s fun. Do you know the Harry Potter rides and all that stuff?” the 41-year-old late-night host asked. “It’s like that, except instead of Harry Potter, it’s me, and instead of Hogwarts, it’s New York City.”
According to Fallon, the ride will be “insane.”
“The technology is 3-D—it’s like moving things. It might even be 4-D,” he joked. “Does that count as a dimension, the other little things? It might be 4-D, but I think legally we have to say 3-D. We might trip into another dimension. If you really do it right, you can get up to like 8-D.”

Jokes aside, Fallon did share a few details with viewers. “It’s fun and it looks just like the studio. Everyone in the studio, Steve Higgins and The Roots, is going to be talking about it and they’re in it,” he said before joking, “The best part of the whole thing? On the way out, there’s a gift shop where you can buy a T-shirt for $ 200. I’m assuming! I’m assuming. Anyway, I wish I could give all the details. I don’t know what I’m allowed to say. I can’t say anything. They’re working on it now. 2017 is when it comes out. Maybe bleep it out. I can’t say anything; just bleep it out.”
To keep it a mystery, Fallon used a black card featuring the ride’s logo. “There’s smoke,” he said, hiding his face behind it. “There’s scents,” he said. “Water.”
After sharing some secrets, he joked, “Oh, no he didn’t! Oh, no he didn’t! Oh, I did!” Before moving on to interview Drew Barrymore, he reminded viewers, “It’s called Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon and we’re all excited about this.”
