On the latest episode of Botched, we met three interesting patients, the first being Dolly Parton impersonator, Rhonda.
Years ago, she had a gastric bypass surgery and lost over 150 pounds, however she had tons of remaining skin. So, she had an operation to get her skin tightened…which ended botched.
That’s where the doctors come in! Rhonda hopes that Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif can work their magic on making her feel, quite frankly, comfortable in her own skin.
After they head into the consultation room, Dr. Dubrow believes he can make a significant improvement for Rhonda.
She breaks down in tears because she’s so thankful!
Next we meet, Daniella AKA “Two Spirits” who does not want to be identified as a male or a female.

Then we met the extremely sweet dance teacher, wife and mother, Margo.
Margo has struggled with the size of her nose throughout her entire life, facing bullying and extreme scrutiny.
She decides to visit the doctors in hope that Dr. Nassif can work his life-changing magic on giving Margo the nose she’s always dreamed of.
And while he knows that it’s going to be a challenge…
He is totally up for the task!
However he does warn her that the results may only reach a B+, not a true A. But Margo is still thrilled that he’s going to work on her.
After Margo’s surgery, Dr. Nassif is confident in the results.
Next, Daniella has her consultation with the doctors. She hopes the doctors will be willing to form some type of peck implant that could be passed as a male or female chest depending on the circumstances. Daniella explains, “I need to have the best of both worlds. I need to be complete as both, I love being a chick with a dick.”
The doctors both agree that Daniella’s previous surgeries botched her muscle too much, that doing another procedure will not result in what she wants.
“There’s no breast implants available that will allow us to achieve her goals at this point,” Dr. Dubrow explains.
Then, Rhonda has her surgery and Dr. Dubrow is extremely happy and confident with the results. Yet, when Rhonda sees her stomach post-surgery, the swelling and bruising scare her and she thinks “it looks worse.”
In another office, Dr, Nassif reveals Margo’s new nose! Margo and her mom both break down in tears of happiness, and Dr. Nassif even tears up a little bit seeing how happy his work has made them.
Margo then makes her big reveal!
How amazing do these before and after shots look?
Then, it’s Rhonda’s turn! After some healing, she’s ecstatic with her results!
How could she not be? It turned out just like she hoped!
