Grey’s Anatomy
Meredith Grey is getting back out there!
Some of the Grey-Sloane docs took a field trip to a medical hospital to do a risky surgery on a vet, and the vet’s regular surgeon was so not having it..until he got to know Meredith. The surgery, which involved some very gross shots of leg bones, had a few hiccups, but it was ultimately a success in more ways than one.
After she resisted her co-workers encouraging her to get to know another doctor who was asking about her, Mer accepted the flirtations of the military surgeon and gave him her number.
Meanwhile, back at the regular hospital, a bunch of cheerleaders had an accident while Ben happened upon a surgery, and so the doctors turned into high school girls bitching about unfair treatment for the lesser doctors hooking up with attendings/residents/the chief.
What they didn’t know is that in the eyes of his wife Bailey, Ben truly screwed up, and now he’s been suspended!
Scandal
Never before have we wished so hard for all the women of Scandal to ditch the dudes and run away together.
Fitz is sleeping with every pretty journalist he lays eyes on while the Secret Service is basically murdering prostitutes, and David Rosen is doing it with both Elizabeth and Susan at Elizabeth’s request. Jake is still taking Olivia’s breath away (and ours, to be honest), despite the fact that he’s incredibly creepy, and a murderer, and engaged to someone else!

Yep, he and that girlfriend we found out about last week are making it official, and Liv is determined to figure out what the hell he’s trying to pull. She also spent tonight’s episode dealing with the dead prostitute, who at first seemed to have overdosed. It was OPA’s job to cover it up for the Secret Service, at Abby’s request, until they all realized it was not the overdose that killed her.
Olivia confronted Fitz about his recent actions and told him that the fish rots from the head, and he’s the head. The girl’s death is his fault, and he eventually did publicly denounce the agents involved.
In “we are not surprised” news, Cyrus manipulated the hell out of Governer Vargus to convince him to run for President, and Team Melivia continued to be our favorite team-up ever.
How to Get Away with Murder
Tears flowed as we finally found out what happened to Annalise’s baby, and Annalise found out what happened to Sam’s other baby (and Lila), while Wes found out the identity of his father. And then Asher and Michaela decided to have sex in a bathroom while her boyfriend was missing. Good times had by all!

Just kidding. Good times had by none (except maybe Asher and Michaela).
As it turns out, Annalise lost the baby in a car accident. She was on her way to lie to the police to protect Christoph/Wes and her car was T-boned, but the doctors were not able to save her son.
This revelation came with a second one: Wallace Mahoney, whose case Rose was supposed to testify in, is Wes’s real father, and Annalise told Wes the truth at the end of the episode.
Elsewhere, as Frank explained to Laurel exactly how the whole “killing Lila” thing went down, Laurel knocked on Annalise’s door, drunk, to confront her about her weird relationship with Wes and how she thinks she knows Annalise had Frank murder Lila, revealing the truth to Annalise in the process. This sent Annalise packing and running off to her mom’s house to cry over the photo the nurse made her take with her dead baby.
And at the club where the group was letting off steam, current favorite character Asher was letting Michaela use him as a punching bag to get out her frustrations, and then they just went for it in the locked bathroom. Weirdly, our TV kept rewinding itself. We don’t know how that happened. We’ll have to get that fixed…later.
Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and How to Get Away with Murder air Thursdays starting at 8 p.m. on ABC.
