Stephanie Pratt isn’t holding back.
As we now know, the former reality star recently published a memoir, Made in Reality: From the Hills of L.A. to London’s Made in Chelsea, where she openly discusses how she developed a meth addiction and struggled with bulimia as a teen.
“I was 14 or 15 [when I first smoked it],” she said of her drug use. “I was on the extreme level and addiction developed instantly. [I smoked] probably four times before school, then at snack…probably 12 or 13 times a day.” She also began using cocaine, as the drug made her feel “rebellious and grown-up.”
Pratt also spoke out about having an eating disorder, and by 2009, she weighed 105 lbs. “I lost about six pounds in two weeks, but bulimia made my face very puffy, so I freaked out and began going on crazy little diets,” she said. “I’d only eat Tic Tacs.”
But that’s not all her memoir revealed. Here are four more revelations from her book Made in Reality:

1. She Had ADD: “It was not long after these feelings began that I was diagnosed with Attention-Deficit Disorder (ADD), but at that point my diagnosis reinforced the idea that I had imperfections all of a sudden,” she wrote, and added that “Adderall had the strange effect of making me feel more depressed than ever before.”
2. She Would Do Meth at Any Free Moment: “I would wake up, and pop out of bed because I was so excited to take my meth…I jumped out of bed. I’d go into my bathroom and smoke, immediately, then brush my teeth, put on my make-up and get dressed. Then I would get in my car I would be at a red light and during that pause I would bend down and smoke it in the driver’s seat at the wheel,” Pratt confessed.
“It would be 8.10 a.m. and I would have smoked meth four times already.”

3. She Almost Overdosed: “I took OxyContin, and some ‘xanbars’ which are extra-long tablets of the powerful anti-anxiety medication Xanax, which are designed to be broken up into smaller sections for taking tiny amounts. I did some coke, and chased it all down with whiskey,” the reality star revealed.
“I woke up, and I was in UCLA Medical Center. I didn’t want to be in a hospital, but once you’ve tried to overdose, these things are removed from being
your choice.”
4. She Had Bad Blood With Brody Jenner: “We grew up together, he’d been like an older brother to me for years and years, but in Season 4 and Season 5 of [The Hills], he started behaving like some sort of nemesis. The whole thing of him and Spencer Pratt being ‘the princes of Malibu’ was theirs, and they had made the reality dream work after a false start, then I showed up and started getting as much air time as him. I guess that stung his ego.”
