Fox’s Scream Queens returns next month, and that means we still have plenty of time for yet another of the show’s whimsical teasers – if whimsy can be said to include what looks like a host of horrors in a private hospital. Case in point, series co-star Lea Michele dropped a new teaser on Twitter earlier tonight, featuring more of Taylor Lautner, Jamie Lee Curtis, and John Stamos as creepy surgery buddies, with Emma Roberts a clearly unwitting patient who thinks she’s set up for the good life but is actually about to be subjected to all sorts of unnamed horrors. If the Hannibal Lecter mask is anything to go by. Check it out above.
Scream Queens adds plenty of new people to the second season cast, including Stamos and Lautner, Cecily Strong, Colton Haynes, and James Earl. Curtis, Roberts, Michele, Keke Palmer, Niecy Nash, Glen Powell and more return for another horrific go-round. Scream Queens season 2 is set in a private medical facility bought by Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) that is ostensibly set up to handle the most challenging medical cases. Too bad for the Chanels, released from prison and trying to live as they’ve previously been accustomed, an objective the trailers suggest they fail miserably at. Oops. Scream Queens season 2 premieres September 20.
