Robbie Williams and Jason Orange are reportedly in favour of a reunion with Take That ahead of the band’s 25th anniversary next year.
If a report in the Mirror is to believed, the original 1990s line-up could be returning in 2017 for a series of special live shows and a two-hour TV documentary celebrating a quarter of a century since Take That’s emergence.
Their debut album, Take That & Party, was released in 1992 and included some of their break-out hits like ‘Could it Be Magic’ and ‘It Only Takes a Minute’.
Robbie Williams, performing here on his 2015 world tour, is said to be considering a Take That reunion
Williams, who briefly reunited with his former bandmates Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen in 2010 until late 2012, is said to be keen on the idea, as is Jason Orange who left the band as a three-piece in 2014.

Back in September last year, the possibility of such a reunion was floated by The Sun, after it reported that the three remaining band members have never ruled out the possibility of Williams re-joining.
“Gary has always been the planner and his mind is now focused on the 25 project,” a source close to the band told the British newspaper. “Robbie says he is up for coming back and performing again. He feels that he is at peace with the group and wants to help commemorate their astonishing rise.”
Indeed, though he’s been concentrating his energies on his solo career for the last couple of years, Robbie proved that he still has connections to Take That after being spotted embracing his former bandmates after their O2 Arena gig in London in June last year.
