Robbie Williams and Ayda Field had an ungainly first date collectively.
The 46-year-old singer and the 41-year-old actress revealed that they did not hit it off immediately once they first met up, regardless of pondering that they had so much in frequent after chatting on the cellphone.
Speaking on the most recent episode of the pair’s podcast ‘(Staying) at Home with the Williamses’, Ayda recalled: ”So we each weren’t vibing off one another I believe and we thought we had a lot in frequent on textual content and on the phone.”
Robbie added: ”We immediately did not, did we?”
Field defined how the primary date had been ”bizarre” till they linked at a specific second.
She mentioned: ”We have been each silent. You have been silent Bob and I used to be chatty Kathy and it was only a bit bizarre.
”So I name my associates as a result of I mentioned they have been having a celebration they usually ask ‘are you okay? He appears a bit bizarre’ and I used to be like ‘no, no it is positive’ and also you (Robbie) mentioned ‘why do not we return to the occasion?’ ”
Ayda continued: ”And with out giving many particulars, which we won’t give on this podcast, there was a second that we began speaking, this unbelievable second on the sofa the place we have been speaking and I felt this big type of energetic enlargement of the universe and it was like I had recognized you my complete life.
”It was like somebody absolutely and fully understood me and I understood them. It was like this silent language that was taking place, this very robust, emotional, electrical feeling. It was like inhaling air for the primary time!”
Robbie admits that he knew ”in that second” he was ”snug” with Ayda, who he went on to wed in 2010.
The ‘Rock DJ’ hitmaker mentioned: ”I truly felt as snug as I do now, then in that second.”
