Late singer Amy Winehouse’s ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is in the hospital on life support in West Yorkshire England, after a drinking binge, multiple sources are reporting. He was recently released from jail after serving a sentence for burglary.
Amy Winehouse’s father Mitch Winehouse tweeted his sympathies, saying “Terrible news about Blake this morning. Remember Amy loved him. Let’s pray for his recovery. Mitch.”
Amy Winehouse died just over a year ago in July 2011 after a similar incident of alcohol poisoning. Winehouse and Fielder-Civil were married from 2007 to 2009.
