Princess Charlotte is set to attend London’s Willcocks Nursery in January 2018.
The two-year-old royal – who is the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge – is growing up quickly and she is set to take her first steps into education in the New Year when she officially starts at the educational drop-off in Kensington, London, in a few weeks’ time.
Alongside a photograph of Prince William, Duchess Catherine, Charlotte and her four-year-old brother George, which was shared on Kensington Palace’s Instagram account, it read: ”Their Royal Highnesses have also announced this morning that Princess Charlotte will attend the Willcocks Nursery School in London from January 2018.”
And the institution are ”delighted” the couple – who are expecting their third child together – have selected their nursery, which is located near to London’s Royal Albert Hall, and they are excited for her impending arrival.
The Willcocks Nursery School said: ”We are delighted that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen the Willcocks Nursery School for Princess Charlotte. We look forward to welcoming Charlotte to our nursery in January.”
The exciting news was also shared on Kensington Palace’s Twitter account on Monday (18.12.17), at the same time they showcased their annual family Christmas card, which was taken ”earlier this year” by photographer Chris Jackson.
Accompanying the adorable image of William and his family – which was also shared on Instagram – was the post: ”The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photograph of their family. The image features on Their Royal Highnesses’ Christmas card this year. The photograph shows The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with their two children at Kensington Palace. It was taken earlier this year by @chrisjacksongetty (sic).”
The sweet photograph captures the foursome co-coordinating in blue, as William, 35, dons a suit with a pale-blue tie to match Catherine’s blazer and skirt ensemble, as well as George’s pinstripe shirt and Charlotte’s printed dress.
