Daddy duty calls, Prinz William!
The 32-year-old British royal and wife Kate Middleton‘s two-week-old baby Princess Charlotte has been keeping him up at night, according to the captain of England’s women’s soccer team.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, 33, welcomed their daughter on May 2. She joins big brother Prinz George, who will turn 2 in July.
William recently returned from paternity leave and resumed his royal duties, which included a visit on Wednesday to the National Football Centre at St. George’s Park in Staffordshire to meet England women’s World Cup squad before they head out to compete in the upcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015. The prince is the president of the Football Association.

He posed for pics with the players, the Lionesses, in the locker room and Head Coach Mark Sampson presented the prince with an England shirt for baby Charlotte.
“All the girls were asking how Princess Charlotte is and Prince George and whether they keep him up all night,” team captain Steph Houghton said, according to the U.K. newspaper The Telegraph. “He was saying he’s obviously really enjoying being a father and Princess Charlotte is actually keeping him up and probably why his eyes are looking a little bit tired.”
“He said he’d had a few sleepless nights,” fellow player Jill Scott added. “The baby will be up and George is running around now isn’t he? It reflects that he does a normal life away from his duty as prince.”
Guess it’s back to the early a.m. rock-out sessions; Last summer, a British radio D.J. said William told her that he has listened to her morning show, a top hits program, while taking care of then-11-month-old George.
