Pamela Anderson and her ex Tommy Lee may have called it quits a long time ago, but that didn’t keep them from coming together for animal rights.
The two were on hand tonight at PETA’s 35 anniversary gala in Hollywood.
Anderson co-hosted the star-studded event with Anjelica Huston. Lee was among the honorees.
Photographers snapped pics of Anderson, who looked fab in a dark blue Vivienne Westwood gown, and the Mötley Crüe rocker together after they greeted each other with a kiss inside the ballroom of The Palladium.
But don’t get any ideas that a romance has been reignited. Not only did Lee have his wife-to-be Sofia Toufa by his side, but he and Anderson didn’t sit at the same table nor did he mention his former wife in his acceptance speech.

He was given his award by Molly Shannon and Kevin Nealon.
“SeaWorld sucks, fur murders and PETA f–kin’ rules,” Lee said. “I thank you from the bottom of my heart and the animals thank you.”
The night’s honorees also included Jillian Michaels, Jason Biggs, Alicia Silverstone, Noah Cyrus, RZA, political strategist Mary Matalin, Maggie Q, Fred Willard, Mike White, James Cromwell, Bill Mahr, Jane Velez-Mitchell, Kate del Castillo and Marco Antonio Regil.
Joaquin Phoenix and his family made a rare appearance together on stage to present the inaugural River Phoenix Humanitarian Award to documentary filmmaker Shaun Monson.
“He took personal responsibility for his beliefs by becoming vegan,” Arlyn Phoenix said about her late son, adding, “He inspired not only our family but the world.”

Moby and Mahr separately announced they were marking PETA’s anniversary milestone by donating $ 50,000 to the organization.
George Lopez earned the most laughs during the evening with jokes aimed at race relations and the GOP.
“They actually talked to me about taking over The Apprentice,” he said. “I don’t think they were ready for a Mexican to take a white man’s job. But yet, they chose Arnold Schwarzenegger, who doesn’t even f–kin’ speak English.”
He also cracked, “Now they want to close the borders to 12 million people. Now they want to close the borders? That’s like putting a condom on after sex.”
Sir Paul McCartney and Beck performed after the awards were handed out.
