Logan and Roger Raskin, who perform as The Raskins, hit the road with Motley Crue in 2014, and they are now suing the disbanded rock act for a series of alleged hazing incidents and unfavourable conditions, according to the New York Post.
In papers filed in Manhattan’s Supreme Court, the Raskins claim they were frequently forced to perform for next to no one because doors to venues rarely opened on time. They also allege their sound was tampered with and they were denied access to dressing rooms.
The brothers also claim they were sprayed with urine by Motley Crue crew members dressed in monkey masks at a show in Connecticut.
In their $30 million (GBP24.2 million) suit, the Raskins also allege they had to pay $1 million (GBP807,000) for the privilege of touring with the veteran rockers, who split up after a New Year’s Eve (31Dec15) show in their native Los Angeles.
The brothers are hoping to have a more pleasant experience when they tour with Tesla next year (17).
Representatives for Motley Crue have yet to comment on the legal action.
