Miranda Lambert is moving on.
Two months after the 31-year-old singer and Blake Shelton announced their divorce after four years of marriage, a source tells E! News that Lambert is enjoying the single life and feeling sexy and confident.
We’re told the country crooner, who has returned to the stage since her split, is excited for the next chapter in her life and is really diving into her music, which has always been therapeutic for the Grammy winner.
As for her romantic life?

The source says that Lambert plans to take some time before jumping into a new relationship, but she is keeping her options open and believes she will find love again.
Our insider also reveals that the singer, while a romantic at heart, plans to be a bit wiser when it comes to her future relationships, noting that she is grateful for the support of her family and friends during the initial media storm surrounding her split from Shelton.
Additionally, the source says that the “Little Red Wagon” beauty would like to have a family one day, but only if it’s meant to be, as she’s taking life one day at a time.

While cheating rumors plagued the former couple following the announcement of their split, the insider adds that Lambert simply wants the best for Blake and hopes he finds true love again.
So, what went wrong between the former duo, who was once country music’s golden couple?
In the days after their breakup, a source told E! News that the pair’s busy schedules as well as the ongoing infidelity rumors took a toll on their marriage.
“Their busy schedules were a big issue for them. They both worked a lot and had to spend a lot of time apart. The less time they spent together, the more they grew apart,” the source shared, adding, “Trust was an issue for both of them. It went along with having to spend a lot of time apart. Rumors of infidelity put stress on them. Despite denials, even just rumors of cheating are still hard to hear.”
More big celeb breakups
The 39-year-old crooner and the blond beauty tied the knot in front of family and friends in Texas back in May 2011.
“This is not the future we envisioned and it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately,” Shelton and Lambert said in a joint statement in July. “We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”
