She’s back in the USA after an extended stay in London and Lindsay Lohan was busy with some retail therapy in New York City on Tuesday (July 1).
The crimson-haired cutie texted on her iPhone as she strolled around SoHo, sporting a cream-colored dress with vintage sunglasses.
Perhaps Lindsay was communicating with her legal team, as she’s just filed a lawsuit against Grand Theft Auto for using her likeness in their latest video game.
According to the court documents, “The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff’s clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years.”
In the game, the LiLo character says, “Can you give me a ride past them, PLEASE!? I’m hardly wearing any makeup. This is a disaster. I’m so f—–g fat. How’s my hair? Do I look cute? I’m really famous. I didn’t do anything. This is my commute!”
