The actress relocated from the U.S. over the summer (16) so she could be closer to her own family, and she took Wylie, her six-year-old son from her marriage to musician Peter Loughran, with her, as well as her 14-month-old daughter.
Loughran has since objected to being so far away from his boy, accusing the TV star of breaking the terms of their custody agreement, but Headey’s lawyer, Joy Stanley, insists they both agreed to the move to Britain, only for Peter to change his mind.
She tells TMZ.com, “Ms. Headey has not taken the parties’ child against any custody arrangement.”
Headey and Loughran split in 2011 after four years of marriage, but only finalised their divorce in 2013, after fighting over custody and financial issues, which were resolved after they struck a deal to share joint legal custody of Wylie.
The actress welcomed her second child in July, 2015, but has yet to reveal the little girl’s name or the identity of her father.
