Given that she has a gorgeous physique, Katherine Heigl didn’t flinch when it came time to ditch her clothes and film a nude love scene for her NBC program “State of Affairs” on Thursday (October 2).

In fact, the former “Grey’s Anatomy” gal conned all of the show’s crew members into getting topless and snapping an Instagram photo with her in bed.

Wrapped in a white sheet, Katherine smiled for the camera before immediately uploading the image to her social media account.

Heigl included the caption, “Nope I haven’t gone into the adult film business… just having a little fun w/ my amazingly supportive crew who shed their shirts in solidarity!! Love you all!!”
