Karlie Kloss Kicks Off 2015 With Vogue Workout Series

She’s the envy of millions of women thanks to her fabulous physique and now Karlie Kloss has her own weekly fitness series on Vogue.com.

In her latest feature, the Chicago-born poser credits her training sessions with Justin Gelband for helping her achieve her stunning figure. “My body has really changed. If I travel for work, I have a set of resistance bands, a pair of ankle weights and my Nike tennis shoes in my bag. That’s it.”

Karlie added, “I like the idea that you don’t need a ton of equipment, that working out can be as simple as using your own body weight and a water bottle.”

And one of her secret exercises targets the area between her thigh and her butt- “Start in a slightly seated position with both legs bent. Extend your right leg out straight, then slowly lift it upward, making sure your toe is pointed and your thigh is doing the work. Tap the toe back down, bring the leg back in, and return to the starting position. Throughout the exercise, engage your core and avoid swinging the leg. Start with 10 reps and build up to as many as 20, then switch sides.”
