Besides fireworks and barbecue gatherings, July 4th weekend is also known for plenty of trips to the movie theaters across the nation.
And over the past few days, “Jurassic World” proved to be the dominating force yet again, bringing in $ 30.9 million to total more than $ 558 million domestically.
“Inside Out” scored the runner up spot with $ 30.1 million and newbie flick “Terminator: Genisys” came in third with a disappointing $ 28.7 million. Rounding out the top vive were “Magic Mike XXL” ($ 12 million) and “Ted 2” ($ 11 million).
