He loves a good meal with good friends, and last night (June 2) John Mayer enjoyed a little of both at Madeo Restaurant in West Hollywood.
Clad in a blue jacket with a kitty cat t-shirt and loose-fitting white trousers, the “Why Georgia” crooner was in good spirits as he smiled at the paparazzi.
In career news, John has been targeted by DJ Mustard for a collaboration and he’s determined to get Mr. Mayer into his studio.
Mustard declared, “I think John Mayer is hard as sh*t and I want to do something with him one day. I just remember seeing him play at the Michael Jackson funeral and that sh*t was just crazy.”
“I feel like everything should happen organically. If I ever do meet John Mayer and we end up in the studio hopefully he’ll bring the guitar and I’ll make a beat to it or something … I’m not going to ever force myself to do something that doesn’t happen naturally ’cause then you’re just getting your hopes up and creating unrealistic expectations. I like everything to happen organically.”
