The Getty Center in Brentwood is closed for the day after a bomb threat was called in a little before 3 PM.
Los Angeles police advised patrons to leave the site, and Getty officials opted to shut it down at about 4 PM. Police said the bomb squad was on notice as the investigation continued but was not at the site. No other details were available.
