Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.
Coco Rocha took to Instagram on Monday to fight back against the haters who felt the need to criticize the new mom for bottle-feeding daughter Ioni.
“Getting a lot of unwanted advice based on my last post. Not that this is anyone’s business – I loved breastfeeding Ioni for the first 5 months of her life and then one day my milk went dry,” she revealed, sharing a photo of her baby girl, whom she welcomed in March. “It happens to every mom at different times. She’s been on formula for a few weeks now and seems to be doing just fine. In the last 4 weeks she gained another 2 pounds, grew another inch and is in the 90th percentile for her age.”

Ironically enough, a number of celeb moms have also been blasted for posting breastfeeding pics on Instagram.
“Anyone who has a negative comment to make on the way I raise my baby will be blocked,” Rocha continued, adding, “This is not a democracy, everyone doesn’t get a say.”
Rocha isn’t the first celeb to feel judged by followers on social media. Hilary Duff, who is a mom to 3-year-old son Luca, previously opened up about what she called “mommy wars.”

“I know I felt judged once—I breastfed Luca for six or seven months and then started supplementing with formula, and I felt judged having that conversation with people,” the Younger star revealed to E! News.
And on the other side of the spectrum, actress Alyssa Milano has been judged for posting breastfeeding pics after welcoming her second child, although she has repeatedly said she will not back down.
“If I can make life a little easier for a breastfeeding mother, so that we can normalize breastfeeding, I think that that’s important,” the mother of two previously told E! News. “I think we’re in this weird time where you feel like you have to breastfeed in a closet.”
