Congratulations are in order for Allison Williams!
The Girls star married longtime boyfriend Ricky Van Veen in a ranch wedding out West Saturday afternoon, her rep confirmed to E! News. The beautiful bride walked down the aisle wearing a handmade couture gown by the one and only Oscar de la Renta.
According to Us, who first broke the news, Katy Perry, John Mayer, Bruce Springsteen, Andy Cohen, Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson and Lena Dunhamwere in attendance before Sunday’s Emmy awards.
Williams’ rep confirmed her engagement to the CollegeHumor co-founder, 34, in February 2014. The pair postponed their wedding plans somewhat due to what Allison described as “a very fully year.”
“You sort of think, ‘What could possibly come along that would make me not think about this?'” she said this past February during a Q&A with Seth Meyers at 92Y in New York City. “And then I get Peter Pan [Live!] and I think, ‘Okay, I will think only about Neverland and then we’ll go back to planning our wedding.'”

The delay to “I do” didn’t mean the couple was any less thrilled to be tying the knot, though. “It’s just something we haven’t focused on,” said Allison, “but, spoiler alert, we are excited!”
According to the New York Post, Allison first met Ricky while shooting the pilot for Girls back in 2011. Since then, the pair has (mostly) kept a low-profile, although they did have a few very photographed double dates with Ricky’s close pal Mayer when he was dating Perry.
NEWS: Remember when Katy Perry took Allison Williams as her date to the 2013 Grammys?
As for the newlyweds’ future? Time will tell, but as Allison has somewhat of a plan in mind. As she told Glamour magazine last year, “My goal is to create a career I can walk away from and become a mom.”
“I’d love to be a mom–and not have to bring my kids into my trailer…Or a balance [of both],” she said. “But you’ve [got to] call it on the fly to a certain extent.”
She seems like the type who will figure it out. For now, though, Mr. and Mrs. Van Veen can just enjoy the honeymoon stage!
