Bill Murray and Anne Hathaway are to star within the canine comedy ‘Bum’s Rush’.
The Hollywood duo have signed up for Aaron Schneider’s new film, with Robert Duvall additionally in talks to hitch the mission.
C Gaby Mitchell has written the screenplay, which focuses on the connection between Pearl (Hathaway) and stray canine Bum (voiced by Murray).
The movement image is ready to shoot on location in Santa Barbara and New Mexico and can be produced by Gaby, Aaron and Sarah Green.
Schneider and Mitchell have beforehand labored with each Murray and Duvall on the 2009 film ‘Get Low’, and the director is happy to reunite on the brand new mission.
Aaron stated: ”I’m so joyful to reunite with my ‘Get Low’ collaborators Robert Duvall, Bill Murray and C Gaby Mitchell and naturally delighted to work with Anne Hathaway and Sarah Green.
”It’s a really particular and I’m thrilled to be part of it.”
Producers Green and Mitchell added: ”We are all canine lovers on this staff, and now greater than ever we recognize their worth in our lives.”
Meanwhile, Murray is ready to reprise his function as Dr. Peter Venkman in ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ and believes followers of the franchise are going to like the brand new film.
The 69-year-old actor stated: ”The script is sweet. It’s received numerous emotion in it. It’s received numerous household in it, with by way of traces which are actually attention-grabbing. It’s gonna work.”
The ‘Groundhog Day’ star added that the movie’s plot is pushed by the lack of Dr. Egon Spengler, performed by ‘Ghostbusters’ co-creator Harold Ramis, who handed away in 2014.
He defined: ”Well, we’re a person down. That’s the deal. And that is the story that we’re telling, that is the story they’ve written.”
