Turns out Madonna was just the opening act: Bruno Mars hitches a ride with James Corden on tomorrow night’s The Late Late Show, and they’ll be belting the title song from Mars’ latest CD “24K Magic.” CBS released this promo tonight.
The appearance isn’t a total surprise – Mars tweeted the news last month (“When an unstoppable force meets an immovable object…”) but this first look reveals the tune. The singer retweeted the clip, noting “And I think the game just changed.”
Madonna’s Carpool appearance earlier this month has more than 10 million hits on Youtube. Mars is off to a solid, challenging start, with more than 100,000 hits just for the promo.
Corden’s other guests tomorrow are Jennifer Lawrence and T.J. Miller, who’s been in the news lately.
