Driving the girls crazy, Hunter Hayes showed up at the 2014 CMT Awards earlier tonight (June 4).
The “I Want Crazy” star gave the ladies at Nashville’s Sommet Center a thrill as he moseyed past the paparazzi, stopping for a few photos along the way.
