In a disturbing secretly taped conversation, the “7th Heaven” star admitted to showing his penis to several young girls years ago, and he also placed one of the victim’s hand on his penis.
Collins’ estranged wife Faye Grant taped the confession during a 2012 therapy session in California, a state where it’s lawful to do so in order to obtain evidence of a felony.
And now the New York Police Department is investigating Collins for “inappropriate sexual contact” with three girls.
